Facts have begun to emerge After the suspension of the embattled NANS President Comr. Bamidele Akpan by one of the Facilitator on Arrangements meant for Nigeria Students.
Amb. Salahudeen Lukman a Post Graduate student of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria who have interest in the development of Nigeria Students facilitated a program in partnership with Globacom for cheap and subsidized Call rate , Data rate for Nigeria Students Tagged #ACADA CUG LINE
In Lukman revelation through a Press Statement obtained by our correspondent Dele collected 20million Naira for the program and cornered it without taking into cognizance the legal effects.
The Statement reads in part "
MY FIGHT WITH EMBATTLED FORMER NANS PRESIDENT NOT PERSONAL BUT EFFORT TO AVOID FRAUDULENT IMPLICATION OF MY SELF, MY BOSS KASALI OMOTAYO KASCA AND NIGERIANS STUDENTS.
I have read in some quarters that my continue fight with impeached former president of NANS, Comr Danielson Bamidele Akpan is born out of personal interest, deliberate mischief or envy.
It's important I made this clear that even if Comr Danielson who we contested the NANS presidency together had won the election and I had decided then to Revive NUNS as alternative student movement in the country after the election, its basical an action took to protest the fraud and manipulation that mared the election that produced him. I vow not to declare factional government in NANS so I decided to start a new one, also to fight his serial betrayal tendencies and provide alternative to Nigerian students as my gifted visionary eye that reads output of every input far before processing is completed gave me a feeler that Danielson Akpan may not work for Nigeria student.
Aside his use of police to frame me up with falseful allegations which he perfected using money and his contact with police prosecutor to put me in prison which grace of God Almighty with the help of few friends and family vindicated me at the end. It never last on my mind including His dirty fight with me then which involved hiring of thugs to attack, molest and intimidate me and my team just for starting new student movement. All these never stick to my heart since after the resolution of the rift by stakeholders immediately I regain my freedom. Even when he refused to withdraw the case until I followed the case to last point where judgment was delivered in my favour as against our terms of settlement before stakeholders.

Comr Danielson Bamidele greed, selfishness and insincerity is about to put me, my Leader Mr KASALI OMOTAYO KASCA and others involved into big problem that may take us into jail innocently.
It happened that after resolution of our rift, I decided to push for implementation of some of my campaign agenda as contained in my manifestos (THE BIRTH OF NEW DIRECTION IN NANS) under Dele NANS Leadership, Its my long time philosophy that students who are dependant should not be paying same charges for communication in Nigeria with working class and our population should be able to attracts discount service in this sector.
I approached Globacom Nigeria to continue my push which I started since when I was Vice President External Affairs of NAPS together with my Vice President National Affairs then Comr Lawal Kabir Obama Of Fed Poly Bida for this special package for Nigeria students that will offer low call rate and cheap data charge. This I consider very important to aide learning and communication on and accross campuses nation Wide .
Glo agreed this time to offer Nigerian students a CUG LINE with #500 monthly rental, with unlimited call time, 1g data and some SMS before it was changed deu to new tarif bench Mark by NCC to #1,000 for 2500 minutes call time, 2.5G data for first 3 months and 2g for subsequent months including SMS.
Glo requested I pay a take off fund for minimum of 10,000 pieces of sim amounting to about N10m, present a licence from NCC among others to perfect the pettnership, then I saw it as obstacle to continue the push solely thereby I apporached Mr KASALI OMOTAYO Baba kascal whom I know to have NCC Licence and possibly bankroll the deal.
After briefing him, he made me understand he is working on similar projects with Airtel but their package seems not very much attractive, cheap and more beneficial like this Glo package I brought hence agreed to push it for the benefit of Nigerian Students.
I thanked him and also intimated him that have being working with Comr Gambo Abubakar the Senate President of NANS on this deal, he was even the one that gave me letter of introduction to Glo to perfect the deal, Mr KASALI ask why not Danielsion the president of NANS and I gave my reservations about his attitude to project that seems not coming with immediate benefits to him but he was able to convince me to involve him that he will surely support the project since I mentioned its a legacy project he must be interested. I did met with Mr Danielson, briefed him, listed others involved and he said he will get back to me, when he did not and we need to push forward, Mr KASALI went to see Dele on same matter himself before he agreed to support the project.
I was later informed by Mr KASALI that Dele request 50% shares of his company as a condition to support the project so when the company later started making profit, he can have dividend of the deal and he agreed because we have gone far and he wouldn't want the deal stalled.
Then we proceed for second meeting with Glo to introduce Dele the NANS president to the company. As usual he made his bogus demands and conditions and Glo replied those they will oblige and those not feasible at present. The meeting was successful as Glo now expect us to pay for first batch of 20,000 pieces of Glo CUG code name Academic Line (ACADA CUG LINE).
Dele tru his consultant Comr Smart Edwards apporached Bayelsa State Government to start the project as pilot state and the Governor approved N20m for the 20,000 pieces to be distributed to Nigerian students in Tertiary Institutions in Bayesal State.
This money expected to be paid directly to Mr KASALI Company account as major dealer and pilot of the project, but Mr Bamidele Cornered the money to his NANS account, since then, the impeached NANS president refused to release the fund to be use for the purpose it was released for, while Globacom have read on News the adoption and approval with MoU signed on this package, Glo have being calling me and Mr KASALI to come and pay for the Sims or they will write to inform Bayelsa state government of their non involvement in the partnership anymore.
Aside the fact that Dele lied that he got only N10m from the approved N20m, that the remaining N10m was taken as settlement by those that facilitated the governor approval, my leader Baba Kascal had only asked Dele to pay N5m to the company account first so we can pay Glo some amount to demonstrate our seriousness as well stop any move from their end before they write to Bayelsa state government out of annoyance which may cost his company image and integrity and my self as initiator and front line facilitator and put us into serious problem.
Dele refused to release the fund till date, while Bayelsa state government thru Commisioner for education after a complain and lamentations by NANS JCC Bayelsa state for no ACADA CUG SIM till date despite the government announcement of full payment for the Sims, threatened to sue Mr KASALI OMOTAYO, whose company was the major dealer mentioned in MoU signed between NANS and Bayelsa state government.
I am pretty sure that am not safe if this matter degenerate hence I openly call Dele to explain why he diverted this fund and where is Bayelsa State student Glo ACADA CUG Sim N20m hiding?.
I did not get a dime, neither my boss MR KASALI OMOTAYO got a kobo from this N20m, is it a sin to push for such communication packages for Nigerian student?
our effort is to help Nigerian students to enjoy cheap call rate and data charge so why should we get into trouble because of Dele greed?
This is major crux of our battle while the NNPC Palliative matter remains secondary.
With months left for Dele in office as NANS president before his disgraceful impeachment, Bayelsa state will look for their money, they will drag Mr KASALI Company join Glo and Glo will name me as facilitator who introduce Mr KASALI Company as our major Communication Partner as Head of pettnership then I may be ask whereabout Dele and the N20m.
Pls what will I do if I dont hold Dele now to vomit the money before he finally go..
This is my primary problem with Mr Akpan and he must refund the N20m with immediate effect.
For the Palliative, I only wanted to press him to give students what he's alledge to have collected on their behalf from NNPC, its never a pride but I don't really need the relief material, all ultrance before now is mere joke to spice the Agitation.
I remain contented with my little source of livelihood but I can't pay N20m that I never collected.
