FUDMA CRISIS: Court Reinstates Prof. Bichi due to Lack of Merit case Presented by Prof. Kaita

The National industrial court today ruled in favour of Prof. Armayau Hamisu Bichi to continue in office as the Substantive Vice Chancellor of Federal University Dutsin-ma, Katsina State.

Some weeks ago Prof. Bichi was initially ordered to stay aside as the Vice Chancellor of Federal University Dutsin-ma FUDMA by the same industrial court holden in Abuja.

In a statement by Correspondents of the Court Prof. Bichi is directed to continue as Vice Chancellor pending the determination of other cases by instituted by Prof. Haruna Kaita. 

The statement reads 

"National industrial court Abuja today rule that, The case of Kaita vs 4 dependents (Prof. Bichi, President Buhari, Mal. Adamu Adamu and Barr Abubakar Malami) is an abuse of court process and therefore transfer case to Kano where he has 2 pending case there."

With this Prof. Bichi will continue as substantive VC, of FUDMA.
