OFFA CENTRAL MOSQUE: AN ARCHITECTURAL MASTERPIECE

While the Palace was under reconstruction as soon as he ascended the throne, HRM Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi accompanied by the Chief Imam Offa sighted the uncompleted phase 3 of Offa Central Mosque, he immediately directed the Imam to the Mosque committee of his intention to complete the long abandoned section of the central mosque.

Upon completion of the phase 3, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi later reroofed and rugged the old structures (phase 1 & 2) giving the Mosque a befitting outlook.

Subsequently, in his quest for Offa Tuntun, in 2016, his royal majesty engineered fund raising for total renovation of the central mosque and engaged services of permanent cleaners.

Today, the magnificent Offa Central Mosque, a symbolic edifice is one of the religious centres that stand out in the country and a pride of Offa.
