The senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District, Senator Oyelola Ashiru, attends his ward meeting at Shawo Central and extends his visit to other wards in Offa Local Government.
While addressing the ward members, the senator preaches unity of the party, reaffirms alliance between all the political stakeholders in the Local Government.
The senator admonished the people not to lose hope and to support His Excellence, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq, the Governor piloting the affairs of Kwara state. He assured the people of more prosperity that the land will experience.
In another development, Senator Ashiru, today, appoints more thirty Legislative Liaison Officers (LLO) which cut across all areas in the senatorial district.
In their induction training, held at the senatorial office in Ajase-Ipo, the appointed LLO were trained on diverse topics on politics and politicking, and were also trained on efficiency in their duties.
In his address to the LLO, the senator described the appointment has a platform for youths inclusion, and also to liaise between their areas and to the senatorial office. He further says it is an avenue to also serve the senatorial district and work together for the development.
He further enjoined the LLO to be good and progressive ambassadors of Kwara South and Kwara State at large.
In attendance were the trainers, Mr. Muideen Ibrahim, Com. Mufutau Lamidi amongst other stakeholders in Kwara South.
