CONCERNED STUDENTS OF KADUNA POLYTECHNIC CALLED ON Dr. ALIYU HASSAN IBRAHIM TO CONTEST FOR THE POSITION OF NATIONAL PRESIDENT KADUNA POLYTECHNIC ALUMNI ASSOCIATION.

We the concerned students of Kaduna Polytechnic are desirous of a strong, articulate, tenacious and progressive mind as the national president of our great Alumni Association. All this qualities are what we saw in the leadership style and acumen of Dr. Aliyu Hassan Ibrahim, the archive revealed that he graduate in 1992 and 1995 (ND and HND Architecture) respectively. He started lecturing in Kaduna Polytechnic from January, 2000 till date. He rose through the rank from a higher instructor to a principal lecturer in 2017. He is due to be a chief lecturer in 2020. His academic qualifications are ND, HND, PGD, PGDE, MTECH, MSc and PhD in Environmental Management Science.

Dr. Aliyu Hassan Ibrahim is currently the head of department of Environmental Science, he was elected the Chairman Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) Kadpoly Chapter on 22nd September, 2016 to 12th December, 2019. Throughout the 40months of his stewardship as ASUP Chairman, he embraces the culture of dialogue as a means of resolving Union/Management dispute rather than the usual menace of strike upon strike approach. He also rejuvenated ASUP from Union of embezzlement into a Union of physical, infrastructural development and financial accountability. Ever since he became ASUP Chairman we have never experienced any internal strike action. His policies are student friendly because he agitated for the renovation of student hostel and the purchase of mattresses for the student hostel. His services are selfless; his commitment to serving humanity is unparalleled and his ideology is progressive in nature.

The above itemized qualities necessitate our intellectual revolution and assertiveness which is the propellant of our call and appeal to Dr. Aliyu Hassan Ibrahim to assist in the resuscitation, rejuvenation and rediscovery of KPT Alumni Association by contesting for the national president of our great Alumni Association.

We the concerned students of Kaduna Polytechnic hereby present Dr. Aliyu Hassan Ibrahim to all Alumnus as a vibrant and foremost leader, a pathfinder of rare breed and a Unionist per excellence. We should join hands together so that the dream of resuscitating KPT ALUMNI should be a reality.
