A Lecturer from the department of Computer Science & Information Technology , in Federal University Dutsin-ma Dr. Abubakar Ahmad Gachi is of the opinion that Curriculum of Computer Science field need to be upgraded immediately to meet up industry needs.
Dr. Gachi was making his submission at the ongoing 2019 Nigerian Collegiate Programming Contest holding at National Mathematical Centre Kwali , FCT.
In his words " NUC Need to immediately upgrade the curriculum of Computer Science department and eradicate the obsolete courses and upgrade them with courses like Cisco, etc that would ease them to be employeable at the Industry.
Dr. Abubakar Ahmad is optimistic that an upgrade in the curriculum of Computer Science would do more good for Students and the whole country at large.
